Embassy Day DC
Embassy day is one of my favorite attractions in D.C. It’s interesting not only to learn about other countries and cultures, but you also get to sample their food!
Last year we went to Germany, France, and some small country I don’t remember. This year we went to Ireland, Egypt, and Luxemburg. Ireland was my favorite because we got soda bread, Guinness, and some excellent cheese as well as some special treatment since we were traveling with such young kids. A bathroom and place to sit down is a rarity at these events and it was much appreciated.

Reston woods with Mason
One afternoon when Sumi and tow were in town we took Mason, Skylar, and Parker and went to a Reston event where they had a puppet show and lots of cool creatures to checkout. Mason got the opportunity to rifle through owl poo to find a mouse skull.
We made sure that Mason’s artifact made it home to Aunt Sumi 🙂

Woof woof
As most of you already know I’ve been working on a startup called ‘RantRally‘. It’s a social networking site where you can add audio to the web.

Video a day: Playground
Skylar and I spend lots of time at the playground. We usually go as soon as daddy gets home, so that mommy can rest with Parker.
Sky was particularly chatty this day, though there is a lot of playground gossip to discuss. Did you hear that Amy went down the slide on her belly?! How ridiculous! Also, Tyler was eating mulch, he so needs the fiber…

Skylar haircut
Mommy thought Skylar was looking too feral having gone almost 1.5 years without a haircut, so we got our first major trim. Below are pics of the freshly cropped do at our Church playground.
