We took a getaway this fall to Colonial Beach and stayed at a dog friendly B&B. Everyone hopped into the car and off we went one Friday evening.<\/p>\n
After arriving at 10:00pm we had a glass of wine and settled in for the night, except Taco wasn’t so settled. After about 2 hours of pacing and barking, we put her in bed with us and shoved her head under the covers – where we were all finally able to get some sleep.<\/p>\n
The next day we went for a bike ride. Taco sits in my bookbag and has become a pro at surfing my back. She had her first visit with sand and waves and thoroughly loved it – hopping around like a frog-dog and frollicking in the sand.<\/p>\n
I was on the phone with NeNe and Pop Pop when I heard Susan yelling “look look!” and I turned around to see Taco splashing about neck deep in the 4 inch waves. Crazy dog!<\/p>\n
