The kids loved the water. Initially we tried to get the kids to both sleep in the same bed, but that didn’t end up so well, we each night we would switch off who got to sleep with mommy or daddy.

Short excursion to VA beach
Susan and I were lamenting one night how we weren’t going to make it to the beach this summer when the ultimate gift landed in my lap. My boss had to cancel going to Norfolk with me for a meeting so I would be going alone. Cha-ching! Can you say whole family beach trip staying ocean front for 3 days!! YES…
